My precious Japanese Chin, Tia, is Sweet 16 today!  I cannot believe how fast the time has gone by!  I am very fortunate that she is able to celebrate such a momentous occasion, and I cherish every day with her.  Her brother, Kobe, who will be 14 in May, is helping her celebrate.  Happy Birthday,
little girl!
